Singapore Straits Times reports on fresh corruption charges against Selangor government seems obscure.
1. Carolyn Hong still did not explain why opposition MP Tony Pua rebutted the allegation.
2. She again resolved to accept rebukes by Ong Kian Ming, the political analyst from UCSI University against BN. Certainly it was not difficult for him to find fault with Federal government and fabricated more flaws of BN.
3. Instead of elaborating the case of graft by opposition-held Selangor government, this journalist quoted the past case of NFC repeatedly.
She needs to rack her brains for more information of grafts by Pakatan Rakyat.
H.S.
grafts exist almost everywhere to deny its existence in one place and not the others, is not fair at all

ReplyDeleteThis is to high level thinking for a nutcake like @Bomo Siam.
ReplyDelete1. Ong Kian Ming the political analyst should acknowledge the case of graft committed by Selangor opposition–ruled government with dignity if he is a man of integrity. Instead he reproached MCA exposes had caused adverse effect several times.
ReplyDelete2. He put the blame on the federal government that failed to build more Chinese schools. In fact PM Najib and DPM Muhyiddin had strived so hard and laborious to meet the demands from Chinese community, however, this political analyst always has a ready fist to backfire BN. And the evidence of BN’s performance targets have shown significantly though OKM refused to acknowledge it unless he sees Selangor is ruled continually in the next general election.
3. He did not even try to rationalize the achievements targeted by BN except to broadcast to Malaysian voters who reside in Singapore in the bad light.
4. Carolyn Hong did not come out from the allusion that she shared with political analyst Khoo Kay Peng and both of them had suffered bangs of stumbled blockhead.
5. It is not relevant for C.H. to refer to the recent political squabbles she brought up by KKP about the old mud-slinging politics in this article that bears the title above.
6. But readers understood all that she wanted to deliver the message is she hesitantly disapprove the graft case by opposition party that rules Selangor.
Today’s newspaper Singapore Straits Times highlights PM Najib’s announcement of replacement of Sedition Act.
ReplyDeleteFrom 1948 to date: Sedition Act
After 2012: National Harmony Act.
However, the newspaper journalist did not elaborate what is stated in the new law. She only rattled about the Sedition Act.
“The Sedition Act was passed in 1048 to make it an offence to stir up racial enmity. It also became an offence to question certain matters such as the special position of the Malays and the sovereignty of the rulers. The Act was intended to preserve racial harmony but has become seen as a tool to suppress dissenting views.”
Of course, anyone who is non-bumiputra and non-Malays must not question the special position of the Malays and the sovereignty of rulers, because the country belongs to the Malays originally before the coming of Portuguese in 1511 until now. This is rooted in our Malays DNA.
Even Malays in Singapore feel the same.
Singapore Sedition Act has our origins. For example;
Every morning Singapore schools and teachers, principals and vice principal must take and say our pledge after the National Anthem:
We, the citizens of Singapore,
Pledge ourselves as one united people,
Regardless of race, language or religion,
To build a democratic society,
Base on justice and equality,
So as to achieve happiness, prosperity
And progress for our Nation.
The pledge-taking has become a legacy that cannot be revoked. Should any school staff refuse to say the pledge, he or she could face termination of teaching service.
